During this 1-on-1 walkthrough at the gym, we’ll get to know each other, tour the space, talk through your goals, and see if we’re the right fit. This is your no-pressure moment to ask questions, get real insight, and feel the energy for yourself.

One-on-One Training:
Get fully personalized coaching tailored to your body and schedule. Includes an extra at-home workout for off-days.Group Training (2–4 people):
Experience structured, social training that keeps you motivated. Perfect for women who love camaraderie and accountability.Online Training: Work out from anywhere with a custom plan built for your goals and equipment. Includes nutrition guidance, unlimited weekly workouts, and two check-ins via Zoom or phone (Monday & Friday).
