I’m Alana—and this journey is personal. From feeling lost in my body to rebuilding it after motherhood, I’ve lived through the transformation I now help other women experience. This isn’t just about fitness—it’s about rediscovering your strength, your confidence, and yourself.

THE BEGINNING

I started my fitness journey at 19—skinny, unsure, and just trying to feel good in my own skin. I stuck with it, got stronger, and even pushed myself to train for a bodybuilding competition. That process taught me discipline and work ethic—but it also showed me how extreme fitness can sometimes take more than it gives. What I really needed wasn’t perfection. I needed a plan that felt sustainable, a coach who cared, and a reason to keep showing up. That’s why I built Bodied by Alana—so no woman has to figure it out on her own.

STRONGER THAN BEFORE

When I became a mom, I had to start from zero—physically and mentally. My body changed, my schedule changed, and for a while, my confidence disappeared. But I also discovered a deeper kind of strength. I had to learn to love a new version of myself, and that journey made me even more passionate about helping women—especially mothers—reclaim their power. Whether you’re navigating postpartum, starting over, or just ready to finally feel proud of the woman in the mirror—I’ve been there. And I’m ready to walk that road with you.
